Servx Motors

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 April 2026.

This document is for general information and is not legal advice. You should obtain professional advice for your jurisdiction (including Saudi Arabia PDPL where applicable).

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website and platform (the "Services"). The operator is referred to as "Servx", "we", or "us". By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy.

2. Information we collect

We may collect: account and profile data (name, email, phone, company name, role); operational data (vehicles, maintenance requests, orders, invoices, accident reports, fuel and mileage records); content you upload (photos and documents); authentication and security logs; technical data (IP address, browser, device type, cookies); and, where enabled, location and telemetry from GPS or mobile tracking (coordinates, speed, timestamps, odometer readings, engine status). Payment data is handled primarily by certified payment partners and we do not store full card numbers when tokenized.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Services, authenticate users, operate dashboards and reports, send service and operational notifications, process payments, ensure security and prevent abuse, comply with law, and produce aggregated or de-identified analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing of information

We may share data with authorized users in your organization according to their permissions; with service providers (hosting, email, maps, notifications, analytics, payments) under appropriate agreements; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger or asset transfer with notice where required.

5. Data storage and security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and logging. No system is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk and respond to incidents. Retention depends on data type, legal obligations, and operational needs; we delete or anonymize data when no longer needed unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (sessions, login), preferences (such as language), security, and limited analytics. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect functionality.

7. Third-party services

The Services may integrate third parties such as mapping and geocoding providers, push or realtime messaging infrastructure, analytics tools, and payment gateways. Those providers process data under their own terms. Examples include map tile providers and regional card processors; review their privacy notices when you use related features.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us using the email below. If your account is managed by an employer, some requests may be handled by them as controller of certain datasets.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we have done so.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (e.g. email or in-app).
